Quality

Quality is a top priority for us.
 
We are GMP certified. GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. This quality assurance allows adherence to the requirements of the legislation and regulations regarding safety of humans, animals and environment. This GMP code is also supplemented with the principles of the HACCP system, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.

We have automated production lines, whereby the process is managed from the control room. The trained operators hereby supervise continually the process data and adjust them if necessary.

Environment ‹

Samples are taken at regular intervals to check the quality of our products. Additionally a sample is taken from every load of melted pork fat and meat and bone meal and immediately analyzed in our laboratory.

Our laboratory is equipped with progressive apparatus such as a NIR analyzer so that we can check all the important parameters almost immediately and adjust them if necessary.
